Resolution for covered court

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONSTRUCTION


OF COVERED COURT



WHEREAS, it has been noted that for less than two (2) decades of existence of our institution since its construction, the courtyard which is the venue for all school activities still exposed to the warmth of the sun;



WHEREAS, it is in this vicinity where our school perform series of events such as sports competition, assembly meetings, classroom activities and graduation/ recognition rites;



WHEREAS, during the management of this activities, partakers who are in attendance thereto experience the warm weather thereby great burden is meted for this purpose by the institution as for all time hiring a better and conducive place to conduct this activities;



WHEREAS, in order to put together all the participants as well as the onlookers fell the comfort of attending and viewing the events, there is a need to fabricate a shield of the courtyard;



WHEREAS, the Association has no sufficient funds for this project and therefore there is a need to ask for the backing of dear friends both from the private and government sector;



WHEREAS, upon proper motion duly seconded, now be it;



RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the Association reach with solution to appeal from our sport minded, wholehearted political leaders both from the local and national level to accommodate us of their backing for the completion of this project;
